The test equipment provided by the bidder shall be of newest model, good functional and structural design, convenient operation, high-precision measurement and control, good repeatability for test results, high reliability, long service life and international advanced level.

*设备必须是一套全新的、全自动控制的试验设备, 功能完整、可正常运转。设备的主要机械、电气部分, 控制系统等均应是合格的名牌产品, 并附有清单。清单应依次说明其名称、数量、型号、原产地及生产厂家等内容。

*The equipment shall be a set of brand-new test equipment with full automatic control, complete functions and normal operation. The main mechanical and electrical parts and the control system of the equipment shall be eligible branded products, and a detailed list shall be attached. The names, quantities, models, places of origin and manufacturers of the products shall be described in the list.

*投标人在投标文件中应对本招标文件的要求逐条进行详细响应, 如仅在投标文件中对所有要求注明满足/符合而无相应的说明, 则作为废标。

* The bidder shall make item-by-item responsiveness in its bid documents to the requirements in the bidding documents. The bid will be rejected as non-responsiveness if just an indication of conformity/fulfillment is given in the bid documents for each requirement without further corresponding description.

*对于属于整套设备运行所必须的部件, 即使本招标文件未列出或列出数量不足, 投标人仍需在执行合同时无偿补足英语翻译。

*If the components necessary for the operation of the full set of the equipment are not listed or insufficiently listed in the bidding documents, the bidder shall still complement them at its own cost when performing the contract.
